"Bringing American's finest barbecue to the heart of Manhattan, the fourth annual Big Apple BBQ Block Party returns to Madison Square Park on June 10th - 11th 2006.The event will feature mouthwatering BBQ from 10 of the nation's top pitmasters, live jazz,
blues, and bluegrass. Regional specialties like brisket, pulled pork, ribs and sausages are smoked on site by 'cue legends all the way from Texas, N. Carolina, and St. Louis among other top BBQ destinations.
Admission to the block party is free, including live music. Food and beverages are available for purchase with proceeds benefiting the Madison Square Park Conservancy."
